When I opened Willow Tree Counseling in 2014, my greatest desire was to create a space that allowed clients to feel accepted yet challenged to grow in all areas of their lives.  As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, I believe in the inherent worth of all individuals.  I believe we are all connected in both our hurt and healing, and created to be in healthy relationships.  My practice is informed by interpersonal psychotherapy, relational neuroscience, development and attachment.  I enjoy working with people from all ages and stages of life.

In my free time I enjoy spending time with my husband and two young adult children.  I also enjoy reading, working out, being in nature, listening to podcasts, and finding ways to laugh.

Our human brain is created for relationship and connection-you were never supposed to learn to be alone with pain and stress.  Needing emotional safety and support isn't something wrong with you-

It's the sign of something deeply RIGHT with you.
